Now I’m a Mule!

When I first told my wife, Sally, that I was now a Mule she quick as a flash replied “well, better than being an ass I suppose!” So what’s this all about? A strange case of shapeshifting or therianthropy? No, it means that we have an exciting new sponsor on board. MULE BARS are making a big splash in the UK and Europe where they sponsor a number of athletes and adventurers – the people they affectionately call their Mules. The brand is about to be launched in NZ  and I have the honour of being the first NZ Mule.

Before agreeing to this deal I asked to try the product. And having taken some with me on a couple of long runs recently I can tell you they are BRILLIANT. They taste like real food, go down easily (and stay down!) and don’t stick in the teeth like so many others. They have a great nutritional balance and best of all some great flavours, my favourite being Liquorice Allsports!
