Team meeting

Elbow Room is on corner of Jervois & Wanganui

On Thursday night we had our first ‘team meeting’ of Auckland-based 7in7 runners and support crew. There was also talk of a run beforehand but unfortunately a widespread outbreak of Man Flu kept the number of runners down to just zero… however all were miraculously recovered in time to enjoy the hospitality of the ELBOW ROOM on Jervois Rd, Herne Bay. The owners of this fine little watering hole have very kindly offered to donate a generous portion of our bar spend to the Leukaemia & Blood Foundation, to help along our fundraising efforts. So if you find yourself in Herne Bay and a little thirsty you know where to head to avoid dehydration…. thanks Graeme & co. for your support.
