Not packed, not ready

MS2S3 MS2S2 In just 2 days time I will be sitting on a plane to Beijing, en route to Ulaan Bataar, en route to Lake Hovsgol in Northern Mongolia (that’s nearly in Russia if you check your atlas). A long way to go for a training run, but this is a special one… for years I have dreamed of doing the spectacular Sunrise to Sunset mountain marathon, and this year it is finally happening. I’ve got scraps of paper everywhere with scibbled notes of things I need to take, but other than that the organisation is shambolic…. never mind, we’ll get there! I’m not sure what sort of internet access to expect (I suspect minimal) but will try to do my best to keep this blog rolling and send you all some wonderful pictures of this magical, mysterious land – for that is what I am told it is!
