How funny that people think you won't enjoy the track if you're running it! I personally always find any trail a more intense experience if I'm running it. I liked that quote - very erudite. As one that runs the tracks in the Waitaks on a regular basis and other places around the country I have seen far more that way than by car and if running is ones prefered way of travel then why not.
