I did it ….
360 km’s, 66 hours of running and it’s done. I cannot begin to describe how elated I feel. Thankyou all for your support – I’m off to celebrate now, but when it has all sunk in I will let you all in on the final day, but for now here’s a photo that sums up the Kepler Challenge and The “7 in 7″ …. the best seven days of my life.

Hey Mal, You truly are a legend. We so quickly run out of superlatives so I won’t bother to describe how it feels to have willed you on from the sidelines. What an accomplishment for all the team but especially for you and Sal. Talk about raising the bar for us poor mortal buggers! This one is for the annals of history and nobody will ever be first to do it other than you. Congratulations. It was nail-biting following you on the tracker all week, but just great to be involved too. Denis, Tim and I are so chuffed to have been taxi drivers for you. A gracious passenger you made. Hi to Dimi, hope the editing is a joy.
apparently a wee drop of Talisker/Macallan or Laphraoig helps with the sore limbs… Needs to be single Malt for some reason though- Cheers!
Congratulations! I have to confess I had my doubts when you pulled a muscle only a couple of weeks before the start. I am thrilled you dispelled them. This was indeed a mighty feat. We think you are a true legend Mal. Very best wishes!
